Last night, Carl invited me to tag along to Newport beach and post up at the Penguin store. The two things I love about Orange County are the lack of trash and the abundant amount of parking. You never have to add a half hour to your journey to configure a parking situation like you do in L.A. Anyway, we drank some transphusion vodkas and vibed out on Them Jeans.

The skate culture’s embrace of individual style, approach and intention is, I think, what continues to draw new skaters to this renegade art practice—a hybrid in a realm of its own.
