I have a good eye at realizing something genuinely beautiful when I see it. The dollar is extremely low right now relative to the Pound and the Euro so I suggest skipping down to Belize for this summer’s vacation. An amazing low key, hip spot is the island Caye Caulker off the coast of Belize. Take it from me, I went to this jewel in the middle of the Carribean last summer and found myself completely vulnerable to my surroundings. I can honestly say I was relaxed. Put these things together and you have a stress free (cheap!) vacation.
